Hiring entry level and experienced welder/fitters for an industrial fabrication shop in the Richmond, VA and surrounding areas. There are 1st Shift openings, with starting pay ranging from $20- $27 an hour, based on experience and 2nd Shift ranging for $27-32/hr for a Lead Fitter/Fabricator. Please see below for further shift, qualification requirement, and benefit details: Pay: $20-27/hr.

1st Shift: 6am to 4:30pm (Mon to Fri); Saturday OT as required 2nd Shift: 3:30pm to 1am (Mon to Fri) - Training required on 1st shift before moving to 2nd shift. Summary: Fabricate/Fit structural steel components off of shop drawings. Provide high quality Flux Core Arc welds in an efficient manner.
