We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Developer to join our team supporting mission-critical government programs. In this role, you will design, build, and deliver secure, high-quality software solutions that meet rigorous federal standards. Responsibilities • Architect, design, develop, and implement software solutions for government initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design system features, and drive projects to completion. • Ensure all solutions comply with government security, regulatory, and quality standards.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software issues. • Maintain, refactor, and enhance existing applications to improve performance and reliability. Requirements • US Citizenship is required (due to government contract regulations).
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka. • Experience working with cloud and container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS. • Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
Experience designing and developing user interfaces (UI). • Proven ability to build RESTful APIs and microservices. • Deep knowledge of the Spring Boot ecosystem.

Preferred Skills • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices. • Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure coding practices.

Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills. • Experience with government contracting processes is a plus.
