You Are: As the Amazon Connect Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, overseeing the development of our CCaaS solution, and contributing hands-on to critical aspects of our infrastructure and codebase. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex AWS environments.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 developers, conducting daily stand-ups and team meetings • Review and approve merge requests in GitLab, ensuring code quality and best practices • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform • Create and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines • Create and update Amazon Connect contact flow and flow modules • Develop Lambda functions and associated code in Python • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Amazon Connect and other AWS services • Collaborate with functional teams to gather and refine project requirements • Contribute to the design and implementation of Amazon Connect contact flows • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously Here's What You Need: • 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role • Strong proficiency in Python programming • Extensive experience with Git and GitLab • Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and experience with Terraform • Familiarity with AWS services, particularly Lambda, IAM, and DynamoDB • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Bonus Points If You Have: • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer certification • Experience with Amazon Connect or other CCaaS platforms • Familiarity with additional AWS services such as Secrets Manager, Parameter Store, and Lex • Understanding of telecommunications or contact center technologies • located in the DMV area Eligibility Requirements: • Must be a U.S. Citizen As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland.
