The Automotive Technician Apprentice will work under the guidance of experienced service technicians to learn diagnostic procedures, repair techniques, and customer service best practices. This entry-level role is designed to prepare apprentices for a full technician position through hands-on training and mentorship.

Responsibilities • Assist senior technicians with vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs • Perform basic services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks • Learn and follow manufacturer repair guidelines and dealership procedures • Maintain a clean and organized workspace • Participate in training programs to advance technical skills • Provide excellent customer service by supporting the service team • Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations (such as disposal of hazardous waste) Requirements • High school diploma or GED • One-three months of related experience and training • Must be authorized to work in the USA • Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Our company maintains a strong policy of equal employment opportunities for all associates.
