We are seeking experienced Full Stack Developers to support an upcoming federal proposal phase. In this role, you will contribute directly to technical prototypes, provide architectural input, and strengthen solution approacheswhile maintaining a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities • Contribute to proposal?phase development efforts, including coding, technical prototypes, and proof?of?concept solutions.
• Provide input on architecture, integration approaches, and security best practices. • Collaborate closely with technical leads and proposal team members to refine and align solution strategies. • Participate in design reviews, technical working sessions, and discussions on a flexible, part?time basis.
• Support technical documentation as needed to strengthen proposal volumes. Requirements • Must be a U.S. Citizen, as required by the client.
• Candidates based in Maryland, DC, or Virginia are strongly preferred (may require on?site support in Columbia, MD). • Hands?on experience as a Full Stack Developer (front?end and back?end). • Strong skills with modern frameworks and languages such as Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, , React, Angular, or similar.
• Experience with AWS cloud services, DevOps pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic proposal environment. Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience supporting U.S.

federal government modernization or large?scale transformation efforts. • Experience supporting proposal?phase technical efforts or pre?award solution development. Compensation (W?2) • Hourly rate between $90 and $130, depending on experience, expertise, and clearance level.

• Part?time, hourly engagement during the proposal phase only; competitive with market standards for cleared, mid?level to senior?level full?stack engineers in the MD/DC/VA region. • Potential for consideration for full?time salaried employment upon contract award, based on performance and business needs. General • Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload based on client needs. • Ability to deal with ambiguity and frequent changes in priorities. • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent technical writing skills and experience in systems with complex requirements. • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. • Understanding of the system development lifecycle; SAFe knowledge a plus.

Physical Requirements • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • Must be able to navigate an office setting unassisted. • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
