About the Team The Tokenization platform enables leading payment experiences like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Card-on-File experiences for merchants by providing payment tokens. In the next phase of our journey, we plan to modernize the platform that supports a high-volume in a low latency requirements. The Product Professional leads the execution and development of the Product Vision for our Modernization efforts that drives business value and an improved customer experience while ensuring alignment / manages dependencies across Team within a Product Family and with cross functional partners.

The Senior Manager is a servant leader and the manager of team members. Is an SME having depth of knowledge so that they can see patterns without having to dissect it step by step. Often recognized outside their company for their contributions to their profession.

We are seeking someone with experience in managing a large, complex platform, possessing strong technical and business architecture skills, and capable of leading in a cross-functional environment with a bias for action. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr.

Mgr, Product Management New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management Riverwoods, IL: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
