As an Account Solution Engineer, also known as a "Presales Consultant," "Sales Consultant", ”Pre -Sales Engineer” , “Sales Engineer” or "SE", you'll be a key player in the sales cycle, delivering thought leadership and owning solutions to enhance our customers' experience. You'll collaborate with colleagues, support our sales team, and translate business objectives into compelling recommendations. With your technical and sales skills, you'll present our product offerings, address objections, and inspire confidence in our technology infrastructure.

The Account Solution Engineer will act as a trusted advisor to our customers while aiding the customer’s transformational journey. Responsibilities Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other teams. Understand the customer’s needs, and establish Salesforce’s product as the best solution that solves unique challenges Convey a deep understanding of the client’s industry and technology as it pertains to Salesforce’s solutions Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, build and present customized demos of Salesforce products including solution concepts to key decision-makers to address their business issues and needs showing business value.

Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge vital to be effective in the position Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management Respond efficiently to RFPs Lead the technical side of the sales cycle Have a strong curiosity about growing your career and participating in our internal training programs and mentorship initiatives. Required Qualifications: Experience implementing Digital Transformation strategies and delivering increased success to their customers. Track record of solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training success for an enterprise software solution organization.

Comprendre les besoins du client et positionner les produits Salesforce comme la meilleure solution pour répondre à ses défis uniques. Démontrer une compréhension approfondie du secteur d'activité et de la technologie du client en lien avec les solutions Salesforce. Développer et livrer des solutions personnalisées innovantes, créer et présenter des démonstrations sur mesure des produits Salesforce (incluant des concepts de solution) aux décideurs clés pour répondre à leurs problématiques métiers en démontrant la valeur ajoutée.

Participer à toutes les formations et certifications produits, commerciales et procédurales nécessaires pour acquérir et maintenir les connaissances essentielles à l'efficacité du poste. Atteindre les objectifs trimestriels et annuels fixés par la direction. Répondre efficacement aux appels d'offres (RFP).

Piloter l'aspect technique du cycle de vente. Manifester une réelle curiosité pour l'évolution de votre carrière et participer à nos programmes de formation interne et initiatives de mentorat. Qualifications Requises : Expérience dans la mise en œuvre de stratégies de transformation digitale et dans l'amélioration du succès client.

Expérience avérée en ingénierie de solutions, conseil, livraison ou formation au sein d'une organisation de logiciels d'entreprise. Nous sommes ouverts à divers profils pour ce rôle. Excellentes compétences en communication orale, écrite, de présentation et relationnelle.

Compétences avérées en gestion du temps dans un environnement d'équipe dynamique. Capacité à travailler en équipe pour résoudre des problèmes dans des environnements énergiques et évolutifs. Esprit curieux, pratique et passionné par la technologie et le partage de connaissances.

Aime être le premier informé et comprendre le « pourquoi » et le « comment » des choses. Aptitude à rechercher des informations et à expérimenter ; aime se concentrer sur un sujet particulier et résoudre des énigmes. Capacité à expliquer des idées de manière captivante.

Disposé(e) et apte à voyager occasionnellement. L'expérience sera évaluée en fonction de l'alignement avec les compétences clés du rôle (ex: rôles de leadership extra-scolaires, expérience militaire, bénévolat, etc.).
