Overview We are seeking a motivated Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level position offers hands-on training and the opportunity to develop essential skills in HVAC systems, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess a strong work ethic, and have a foundational interest in construction and field service work.

This paid apprenticeship provides valuable experience working alongside experienced technicians on various residential and light commercial HVAC projects. Duties • Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, etc. • Read and interpret schematics and HVAC design documents • Support service technicians with troubleshooting using trade tools • Perform basic plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems and property maintenance • Conduct equipment repair and routine maintenance tasks under supervision • Participate in mechanical repair activities as needed • Aid in the operation of refrigeration systems and other specialized HVAC equipment • Follow safety protocols including proper handling of refrigerants etc.
