We are looking for candidates who want a challenging career in the HVAC industry including Service, BAS controls, Energy Services, and Mechanical trades. This position is an entry into the HVAC career path and is for the person looking to make HVAC a career and grow with the company. Not only will you receive On the Job Training, but training in a classroom setting as well as web-based courses.

We expect from you: • Be on time • Participate in every type of training • High level of professionalism • Computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook • Excellent written/oral communication skills • Ability to speak professionally to customers • Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in HVAC • Must complete Service reports, time sheets, log sheets, and any reports filled out electronically and sent by end of each day • Company vehicle is to be kept neat and clean • Vehicle inventory is to be kept orderly; accurate record-keeping used when charging out parts and materials • Maintenance on vehicle is maintained in accordance with owner's manual • Assist other team members when called upon • Continue HVAC education with an eye on the future. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Must have a high school diploma Vocational school in HVAC (preferred) CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES Valid driver's license and good driving record are required Casto Technical Services is a locally owned and operated, family business with over 60 years of experience serving building owners and operators.
