The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. As a Sr Project Manager, Site Merchandising for our Seasonal experiences you will be accountable to drive business outcomes by creating project plans, managing milestones, and delivering on-time, compliant, & functional digital experiences. Your scope may include driving quarterly, monthly, and weekly timing & action, routines, and alignment with cross-functional partners. You will leverage various systems and tools to manage timelines and workflows, and you will influence how the process and technology could evolve to drive efficiency and business outcomes.

About You: Four-year degree or equivalent experience 5+ year project management or related business experience Experience using task management software such as Excel, MS Project, Smartsheet High level of initiative and organization Effective communication & negotiation skills Lead through ambiguity in fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task/manage multiple priorities simultaneously Cross-functional collaboration Solution-oriented Problem solving Curious learner Project management Content management Process development This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
