About the Role You will join our multi-lingual inbound sales development team to play a key part in driving Workday's growth and be the first point of contact for potential customers who are interested in learning more about our innovative solutions. Our team has excellent exposure working with other departments within Workday such as Sales, Marketing, Operations and other departments when required.

About You Basic Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German Fluency. 1 year of experience in sales or sales development, recruitment, customer service, consulting or internships, preferably in technology industry. Other Qualifications Salesforce knowledge is a plus.

Credibility & value proposition : the ability to articulate the value and potential of technology. Candid communication & trust building : excellent verbal and written communication skills in French, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Business acumen : ability to absorb new concepts and showcase a passion for innovation in order to delight and inspire our prospect customers.

Accountability : demonstrate a highly motivated, tenacious, and detail-oriented approach to work. Intensive Training & Certification : Every team member attends an intensive training academy and will finish a formal certification prior to beginning in the role. Full sales academy certification after the first year.
