About the Job HCT Renewable Energy is seeking a motivated Electrical Apprentices to join our construction team on a new utility-scale solar project near Pittsylvania County VA. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and receive structured on-the-job training under the supervision of licensed journeyman electricians.

We are committed to developing our apprentices into fully qualified electricians and are looking for a long-term team member. • Key Responsibilities • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures for a large-scale solar facility. • Help install electrical enclosures, combiner boxes, and DC wires.

Support journeyman electricians with bending, threading, and installing conduit. • Follow and adhere to all safety protocols and the National Electrical Code (NEC) at all times. • Work collaboratively with other apprentices, journeymen, and supervisors.
Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and work areas. • Perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting heavy objects and digging trenches. • Complete all required classroom hours and training modules for the apprenticeship program.
