職位簡介 我們正在尋找對協助客戶進行數位轉型與業務流程優化有熱情、有想法的夥伴。您將主導從企業系統願景規劃、策略擬定，到實際導入與落地運行的完整流程，並帶領客戶與團隊運用 Salesforce 平台實現業務願景與目標。同時，您也將有機會持續接觸最前沿的 AI 與 CRM 趨勢及技術，拓展專業能力和職涯邊界。 職位特色 ● 結合策略規劃及落地執行：作為顧問或主要合作夥伴（Prime Vendor）的角色，參與具代表性的轉型專案，從前期策略規劃到實際導入上線，協助客戶將轉型藍圖落實為可執行的成果。 ● 應用前沿 AI 技術：協助客戶評估與導入 Agentforce 等新一代 AI 解決方案。使用各式 AI 工具，提升分析深度、設計品質與交付效率。 ● 端到端 (End-to-End) 參與：從願景規劃、架構設計到上線後的落地運行與持續優化，參與專案各個關鍵階段，累積完整且具深度的實戰經驗。 主要角色類型 依據您的專業背景，入職後將主要參與以下其中一類角色： ● PM (Project Manager/Engagement Delivery Manager)： 負責專案規劃、進度推動與交付管理。 ● BA (Business Architect)： 負責商業策略、流程設計與應用推廣。 ● SA (Solution Architect)： 負責整體解決方案、資料模型與多雲架構設計。 ● TA (Technical Architect)： 負責技術架構、系統整合、資安與效能優化。 工作內容 (主要案件) 本職位將根據專案需求及您的專業領域，參與以下各階段的任務： A. 戰略與轉型設計 (Strategy & Change Design) 負責制定組織及系統整體的轉型構想與藍圖。 ● 組織與業務領域轉型設計 策劃業務流程改革及組織變革的整體架構。規劃組織與業務流程轉型方向，協助客戶建立整體藍圖。 ● 系統領域轉型設計 設計企業 IT 架構與 Salesforce 平台發展策略。 ● Salesforce Org 戰略 制定 Salesforce Org（Instance）的活用戰略、治理戰略及發展藍圖規劃 Salesforce Org 的治理模式、使用策略與長期發展方向。 ● Salesforce CTO 顧問 從企業架構或 CTO 顧問角度，協助客戶推動 AI 與數位轉型。 ● 變革推動與應用推廣落地 規劃變革管理與推動方案，應用推廣，提升解決方案導入後的落地成效。 ● 概念驗證 (PoC) 參與 PoC 設計與驗證，評估方案可行性。 B. 專案執行與支援 (Project Execution & Support) 從需求定義到上線發佈，在各階段提供支援或執行實務工作。根據專案特性選擇瀑布式（Waterfall）或敏捷式（Agile）開發。 ● 專案管理 參與專案規劃、進度推動與執行管理。 ● 需求定義 進行需求訪談、需求分析與流程引導。 ● 設計 主導或參與應用設計、架構設計與詳細設計，並審查相關成果。 ● 開發與測試 領導實作與測試工作，或制定開發標準及品質管理流程。 ● 遷移與部署 執行資料遷移與部署上線，或制定遷移策略並支援執行。 ● CI/CD 協助建立開發標準，開發環境設計、構建與運維等 DevOps 流程。 C.

治理與最佳化 (Governance & Optimization) ● Salesforce 治理 (Governance) 協助建立 Salesforce 治理機制與 CoE (Center of Excellence) 運作模式。 ● 設計權威 (Design Authority) 建立或參與設計審查與架構治理流程，確保設計品質。 ● 設計品質最佳實踐 (Best Practice) 提供設計最佳實務與優化建議，提升專案交付品質。 ● 架構最佳化 (Architecture Optimization) 針對既有環境進行 Org 健檢、架構診斷與最佳化建議。 資格要求 (応募要件) 【必備條件 (Must)】 實務經驗 ● 在以下任一領域具備 7 年以上的實務經驗，並曾擔任主要推動角色： A. 策略規劃與轉型設計 (Strategy & Change Design) B. 治理與持續優化 (Governance & Optimization) C.
