What You’ll Do • Assist clients with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming • Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse • Provide safe mobility assistance and help with transfers • Prepare and serve meals tailored to dietary needs • Keep clients’ homes clean, safe, and comfortable • Communicate clearly with clients, families, and healthcare team members • Observe and report any changes in client condition to supervisors What We Are Looking For • Active Maryland CNA Certification • Current CPR and First Aid certifications • Reliable transportation • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude • Compassionate, patient, and dependable • Physical ability to assist with client transfers As part of National Lutheran Communities and Services, we offer great PERKS and BENEFITS to promote a better quality of life for our team members.
