Work Schedule: We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate various availability preferences.

The work schedule for CNAs is typically organized in shifts to ensure round-the-clock care for our patients. Shifts may include: Morning Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Night Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM Full-time CNAs generally work five shifts per week, totaling 36 to 40 hours. Part-time positions range from two to four shifts per week, totaling 20 to 30 hours.

Monitoring and recording vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. Assisting with mobility and ambulation, providing support and ensuring patient safety. Assisting with meals, including feeding and providing nutritional support as necessary.

Maintaining a clean and organized patient environment, ensuring comfort and hygiene. Assisting with transferring and positioning patients to prevent pressure ulcers and maintain proper body alignment. Providing emotional support and companionship to patients.

Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care. Documenting patient observations, interactions, and care provided accurately and in a timely manner. Qualifications: Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) from an accredited program.

Active certification and in good standing with the state regulatory agency. Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to provide exceptional care to patients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina and strength to perform the required duties, including lifting and transferring patients. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
