You may also complete the general upkeep of aesthetics, such as painting and landscaping. This entry level position is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and trades! Job Specifications: • Starting Wage: $21.00/hr - $23.73/hr • Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026 • Shift Type: Full Time hours available • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age • Housing Availability: No Job Responsibilities: • Ensure that company assets are maintained and repaired • Respond to requests from internal and external guests in a timely manner • Prioritize work based on the needs of team, guests and the business • Make recommendations and implement corrective actions to improve facilities • Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: - • Able and willing to work outside in all weather conditions while completing a variety of different tasks • Strong communication, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds • Have a strong focus on a safe work environment for yourself and your team.

• Mechanical aptitude is an asset • Suits a self-motivated person that enjoys a sense of accomplishment The expected pay range is $21.00/hr - $23.73/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
