このポジションの役割 Communications, Media & Technology（通信・メディア・テクノロジー）業界顧客の大規模な変革プロジェクトのあるべき姿やプロジェクトアプローチを策定し、また自らそのプロジェクトの実行を推進・リードすることにより、顧客とその変革プロジェクトを成功に導くために重要な役割を果たします。 大きく2つの役割があります。 1. 顧客へのプロジェクト提案 アカウントパートナー（サービスセールス担当者）と連携して、SalesforceのProfessional Servicesによるコンサルティングプロジェクト、インプリメンテーションプロジェクト等の提案を行い、受注前および受注後の提案活動を主導します。 特にプロジェクト提案にあたって、顧客の課題、変革プロジェクトの目的から最適なプロジェクトアプローチを策定すること、必要なサービスリソースを特定するために、アカウントパートナーだけでなく組織全体の他の専門領域のメンバーと協力することが求められます。 2. プロジェクト成功に導くリーダーシップ プロジェクト受注後にインダストリーまたはデリバリーのエキスパートとしてプロジェクト全体を推進、または支援し、プロジェクトを成功させること、最終的に顧客の成功に導くことに責任を持ちます。 顧客のエグゼクティブとの関係を構築・維持すること、プロアクティブにプロジェクトの品質を高めること、また組織全体の専門領域のメンバーと協力することで必要な知見等をプロジェクトにもたらすよう働きかけることが求められます。 このポジションの魅力 特に 通信/メディア業界を中心とした顧客に対するコンサルティングビジネス の拡大に貢献いただきます。 このロールでは、組織の関係者と協業しながら、顧客との関係性をどう構築するのか、SalesforceのProfessional ServicesをどうSellingするのかを裁量を持って働くことができます。 戦略的で自由な発想を活かし、次のSalesforce Servicesのビジネスを作り上げる意欲のある方を採用したいと考えています。 Responsibilities: 顧客固有の実装提案、SOW、人員配置計画の策定を主導し、組織全体の他の専門領域メンバと協力して、受け入れ可能な提案について合意形成を図ります。 アカウントセールスおよびサービスセールスと緊密に連携して、スコーピング、ソリューション作成、SOW作成、プロジェクト人員配置などのプリセールス活動に責任を持ちます。 プロフェッショナルサービスチームに、提案されたソリューションと顧客ニーズに関係する専門家としての知見を提供し、プロジェクトを確実に成功させます。 カスタマーサクセスに適切かつ必要な場合は、エンゲージメントのライフサイクル全体にわたってプロジェクトチームを直接リード、または支援し、プロジェクトの成功に貢献します。 プロジェクトチームと連携し、アカウントチームおよびデリバリーチームの両方へのエスカレーションポイントとして機能します。 複数の戦略的顧客を同時にマネジメントし、新しい潜在顧客のリファレンスになりそうなプロジェクトを意図的に構築・実行することで、ビジネス拡大に貢献します。 重要なエスカレーションやリスクのあるアカウントに対して、将来を見越したリスクの軽減やマネジメントをします。 社内外のリーダーや幹部と効果的、且つ適切にコミュニケーションします。 Preferred Qualifications & Skills: 10年以上のコンサルティングサービスのデリバリー経験、または同等以上の事業会社での経験（グループITの内製化組織の立ち上げ、実行、マネジメント、事業会社内部での変革プロジェクト・DXプロジェクト等の遂行等） 実務経験に裏付けられた業務コンサルティング、または、IT技術やアプリケーション機能、プロジェクトマネジメントに対する知識・経験（トランスフォーメーションの企画、業務構築、ソリューション作成、実装方法論やロードマップの策定等） アーキテクトや専門領域メンバーと効果的に協業し、プリセールス活動やプロジェクトデリバリーを推進するリーダーシップ能力 エグゼクティブレベルでの文書および口頭での高いコミュニケーションスキル、分析および問題解決の能力 学位または同等の関連職務経験尚可 Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
