1. 職務の目的 「グローバルな知見とAIを駆使し、日本の変革を加速させる」 本ポジションは、日本のお客様とインドのGlobal Delivery Center (GDC) を結ぶ戦略的ハブとして、Salesforceを活用したビジネス変革を支援します。最大のミッションは、単なる言葉の通訳にとどまらず、日本側のシニアアーキテクトとペアを組み、案件内容やプロセスを技術的に理解した上で、GDCメンバーと共に「戦略・変革デザイン」「プロジェクト実行支援」「ガバナンス・最適化」といった幅広いサービスをデリバリーすることにあります。 日本固有のビジネスコンテキストと、GDCが持つ世界最高水準の技術力、グローバル標準手法であるSalesforce Professional Service Methodology（SPSM）、そして利用可能なAI Tool群を融合させ、お客様のROI（投資対効果）を最大化する「技術的・文化的ファシリテーター」としての役割を担います。 2. 主な職責 (Responsibilities) 日本のシニアアーキテクトと緊密なペアを組み、プロジェクトのタスクやプロセスの意図を正しく理解し、GDCへ正確かつ効率的に伝える実行支援を担います。 日本側Architectとのペアリング遂行 : 国内のシニアアーキテクトと常に連携し、案件の背景、個別の支援タスク、業務プロセス、および期待されるアウトプットの定義を深く理解する。 技術的コンテキストの橋渡し : 成果物の内容や作成プロセス自体を技術的に把握し、GDCが作成するアウトプットが日本の顧客の品質基準に適合するよう、英語を用いて詳細な指示・レビューを行う。 視覚的トランスレーション : 日本のお客様の要望（日本語・抽象的な表現）を、GDCが正確に実装できる具体的な技術仕様（図解、デモ、ロジカルな英語）へ変換して伝達する。 AI活用によるデリバリー加速 : AIツールを駆使し、指示書の作成、ドキュメントの要約、成果物の一次レビューを効率的に行い、日本側アーキテクトの負担軽減とプロジェクト全体のスピード向上を図る。 文化・ニュアンスの調整 : 日本特有の商習慣や「行間」にある意図を、GDCに伝わりやすい明確なロジックへ変換し、多国籍チームにおける認識齟齬を未然に防ぐ。 3.

提供を支援するアドバイザリーサービスの例 日本側アーキテクトのリードのもと、GDCと協力して以下の実務を支えます。 戦略・変革支援の具体化 : 業務プロセス改革や組織変革、システム領域変革（ITランドスケープ）における定義・実行のサポート。 プロジェクト実行支援 : 要件定義のファシリテーション補佐、詳細設計の作成/レビューの仲介、開発・テストの品質管理、データ移行戦略の実行。 ガバナンスと最適化の運用 : 設計品質の診断プロセスや承認フローの運用。既存環境の診断（ヘルスチェック）におけるGDCとの連携。 4. 応募資格 (Qualifications) 実務経験 : 3〜5年以上のエンタープライズ・システムにおけるコンサルティング、またはITシステム構築プロセスの実務経験（開発、設計、QA等） プロセスとアウトプットの理解 : 要件定義から設計・開発・テスト・移行に至る各フェーズで「何を作るべきか」「どう進めるべきか」というタスクレベルの深い理解 言語能力 : 日本語 : 流暢（日本のお客様や社内アーキテクトの意図を正確に汲み取れること） 英語 : ビジネスレベル（インドGDCのアーキテクトと、技術的な詳細やプロセスの改善について適切に英語で伝えられること） 異文化適応力 : 日本とインドのIT開発文化（ドキュメントの粒度、コミュニケーションスタイル等）の相違を前向きに捉え、そのギャップを埋める調整を楽しめる方 AIリテラシー : AIツール群を自身の業務（翻訳、要約、仕様作成、コードレビュー等）に積極的に活用し、生産性を高める意欲があること 5. 求める人物像 プロフェッショナルな調整力 : 異なる文化・背景を持つチームの間に立ち、共通のゴールに向かって粘り強く、かつ柔軟に調整を行える方 技術的背景を持つ理解者 : 単なる「通訳」ではなく、IT構築の現場感覚を持ってアウトプットの質に責任を持てる方。 AIを武器にできる方 : AIや新しいテクノロジーを積極的に取り入れ、よりスマートで効率的なブリッジ業務を体現したい方 Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
