Alongside our industry-leading HR and Financial Management solutions, Workday Student is a core suite designed to power the entire academic lifecycle from admissions and financial aid to curriculum and graduation. The Workday Student UX team is a supportive and collaborative group, passionate about tackling the unique complexities of higher education. Your role on the team will involve designing experiences that students, faculty, and administrators use daily, such as mapping out degree pathways, managing financial aid, and streamlining admissions.

To deliver on this we are expanding our Research and Design team. We have a UX team of over 200+ worldwide, made up of UX Researchers, Interaction Designers, Product Designers and Visual Designers. We are looking for a UX Designer to join us and work alongside our internationally distributed design teams to innovate and deliver experiences for our users worldwide.

A portfolio demonstrating a deep appreciation for simple, sleek, usable interfaces (please share password) Other Qualifications: Proficiency with Figma or other modern design & prototyping tools Experience using artificial intelligence tooling to create prototypes or designing for Generative AI experiences Ability to communicate and collaborate with product managers and developers about the product strategy You have a desire to internalize customer experiences and improve those experiences through meaningful design A collaborative nature with strong communication skills, sincerity, and a desire to bring order to complex design challenges Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
