Certified Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities • Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and comfort. • Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates, ensuring accurate medical documentation. • Support medication administration under supervision, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and aseptic techniques.

• Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, including memory care activities and behavioral health support. Experience • Valid CNA certification with current state licensure required; additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) are preferred. • Prior experience working in diverse healthcare environments including hospitals • Background working with individuals with disabilities or behavioral health needs is a plus; familiarity with geriatrics, pediatrics, or hospice care is advantageous.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting using Hoyer lifts and assisting patients with mobility aids while maintaining safety standards.
