The PACE Specialist Strategy team is dedicated to building the go-to-market strategy for Specialist sellers (AEs and Managers) within Salesforce's Products, Auto, Consumer, and Energy (PACE) industries. We sit at the forefront of GTM strategy & innovation, partnering closely with sales and product leadership to drive success with our new consolidated seller model across Applications (Tableau & Slack), Digital (Marketing, Commerce, and Revenue), Service, and AiDAPT (Agentforce, Data Cloud, Platform). Senior Analyst: What You'll Do Support specialist/product deep dive analysis requests from Connor Marsden (EVP), Taylor Hedberg (COO) and our Salesforce c-suite Support quarterly business reviews (SVP, AVP, CKO) Provide regular insight into the health of our pilot specialist model Support our AiDAPT Consumption motion for Agentforce and Data Cloud.

At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions. The typical base salary range for this position is $99,400 - $186,300 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $118,900 - $202,600 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
