Comprehensive Benefits: 50% company-paid health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement: 401(k) with company match On-the-Job Training: Learn from skilled HVAC techs and gain licensing support Uniforms Provided: Cleaned and serviced for you Positive Work Culture: Collaborative, energetic, and team-oriented environment Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Learn to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations for residential and light-commercial HVAC systems • Work with air conditioners, furnaces, packaged units, ductwork, thermostats, zoning systems, filters, and wiring • Safely use tools, gauges, and equipment necessary to complete tasks • Keep company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with tools/parts • Deliver excellent customer service and represent Boothe’s with professionalism • Follow safety protocols and all local/national codes • Grow your skills every day through shadowing, training, and hands-on experience Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • License: Apprentice license required (must have by start date) • Certification: EPA Certification preferred (we can help you get it) • Mindset: Willingness to learn, mechanical aptitude, and strong work ethic • Physical Ability: Able to climb ladders, crawl in tight spaces, and work in attics, crawl spaces, or rooftops • Soft Skills: Positive attitude, customer service focus, attention to detail • Requirements: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, background check, and drug screen Start Your HVAC Career Today This is more than just a job — it’s the first step in a career path with great earning potential and long-term stability.
