期待される役割 ソリューションアーキテクト（SA）は、プロフェッショナル・サービス・デリバリーチームのシニアレベルのアーキテクトです。このポジションでは、コンサルタントやアーキテクトとしての経験が豊富で、エンドツーエンドのソリューションアーキテクチャーとお客様エンゲージメントに精通していることが期待されます。このポジションは、SAとしてTableau ソリューションの実装を担当します。そのためお客様との接点が多くなり、多くの時間をお客様対と過ごすか、何らかの形でお客様に対応することになります。 SAは、日本（必要に応じて海外）のお客様との関係を持ち、Tableauおよびデータパイプラインにける、データエンジニアリング、データアナリティクス、そしてデータサイエンスについて専門知識を用いて、Tableauの導入、活用についてのベストプラクティスの提供や、顧客業務のビジネス成長を支援するためのデータ分析を行います。 Tableau のコンサルティングの重要な側面は、お客様を育成して製品の採用とリピート購入を促進することです。SAは、これらの目標を達成するためにお客様との関係を導き、将来の機会について営業チームにフィードバックする責任があります。 また、SAはシニアレベルのメンバーとして、チームメンバーのトレーニングとメンタリングを担当し、必要に応じてマネジメント・チームを支援します。 職務内容 Tableau製品の機能、メリット、アプリケーションのエキスパートになる - Tableau製品全般とデータ加工からデータ可視化、データビジュサーバー製品とクライアントソリューションへの統合について深く理解し、データ分析基盤に関係するインフラストラクチャについては一般的な理解が必要です お客様へアドバイザリーサービスなどのプロフェッショナルサービスを提供する お客様の環境で、Tableauの活用を推進するためのお客様先でのワークショップ演習の実施、詳細な導入・展開計画の作成、ソリューションの提供の調整を行う お客様のビジネスの理解、課題の精査を行い、データ利活用を推進するためのロードマップの提供を行う オンサイト・トレーニング／ナレッジ・シェアリングの提供などを通したお客様担当者のデータ利活用、分析業務促進のイネーブルメント支援を行う お客様ビジネスの理解とビジネス成長に影響する因子の探索や、影響する変数についての分析を行う サービスを提供するためにお客様の所在地でのオンサイト対応(訪問型、常駐型含む) 電話、電子メール、対面、Webミーティングを通じたお客様とのコミュニケーションにより、提案および導入プロセスを支援、指導する アセスメント資料や報告資料などのドキュメント作成を行う 戦略的アカウントにおけるお客様関係の管理 営業担当者、プロフェッショナルサービス担当者を支援し、販売前のディスカッションにおいて、特定のスコープや案件獲得を支援するガイダンスを提供する 他のコンサルタントのメンターやコーチとしての役割 トレーニングセッションの開催、事例共有などの情報発信を行い、チームメンバーのイネーブルメント、チームのナレッジ強化に貢献する プロフェッショナルサービス組織の成長のために、アドホックなサイドプロジェクトに参加、またはリードする。 この職務で得られる価値 SAは戦略的なお客様において、複雑で難易度の高いプロジェクトを導入現場の最前線で支援し、プロジェクトのQCDを守るだけでなく、Tableauを通したデータ利活用の推進を行い、お客様のビジネスおよびデジタルトランスフォーメーションを成功に導きます。 SAは業務の遂行において、グローバルの知見・ナレッジに容易にアクセスすることが可能で、製品開発チームやトップレベルのアーキテクトの同僚と協働することで、一流のTableau専門家として成長することができます。またプロフェッショナルサービス本部の他のチームのアーキテクトと協働することで、Salesforeの他の製品の知識の習得や、専門家としての業務支援領域の拡大が可能です。 基本的な要件 エンタープライズ向けシステム開発・導入・コンサルティングプロジェクトのデリバリー経験 一人でプロジェクトをデリバリーできるプロジェクトマネジメント能力 プログラミングや性能改善等の技術的な作業を自らがクイックに行えるハンズオンスキル 一般的な統計、データ分析、機械学習、AIの知識 一般的なWebアプリケーション開発およびデータモデリングの知識・経験 自発的に仕事ができる能力や、オーナーシップをもって複雑なプロジェクトをリードする能力 論理的思考、課題解決等のコンサルティングスキル 顧客とのコミュニケーション、ファシリテーション能力 新しい技術や製品を学習する能力、強い探究心 チームで仕事をする能力 望ましい要件 Masterレベルの学位 TableauやBIツールの知識 業務プロセスの可視化や問題点の抽出を客観的な視点に立って実施し、改善施策の立案、実行をサポートするコンサルティングの経験 顧客ビジネスのデータ分析を行う報告書を作成した経験 大規模プロジェクトのマネジメント経験 アジャイル型のプロジェクトの経験 リソースマネジメント、ベンダーマネジメントの経験 機械学習、AIを活用したコンサルティングの経験 Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
