Principal Product Marketing Manager , Acrobat Join the Acrobat Product Marketing team at Adobe. You bring a structured approach to developing deep customer and user journey insights that build strategy and execution. You excel at building relationships and establishing credibility across diverse teams. Responsibilities Drive business growth by identifying marketing opportunities, defining a cohesive strategy, and implementing successful, measurable programs.

Lead key partnership initiatives and product feature launches in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product, and Analytics teams. Partner with research and insights teams to understand market trends, customer needs, and user journeys; translate findings into clear recommendations for growth. Develop compelling value proposition messaging to convince prospects to try, buy, and adopt our software.

Translate strategic priorities into actionable marketing initiatives in partnership with cross-functional marketing teams. Be a steward of the business, understanding financial impacts, growth levers, and dashboards. Requirements BS/BA preferred OR equivalent experience 10+ years of marketing experience; technology company and SaaS experience preferred.

Expertise in product marketing with a focus on consumer and/or small business segments. Excellent ability to frame issues, conduct appropriate analyses , and make clear, impactful recommendations. Strong analytical skills, proficient in digesting market research and product usage metrics then using insights to advise decisions.

Demonstrates a test-and-learn and growth mentality. Proven leadership success in dynamic environments, adapting to shifting priorities seamlessly. Global cultural awareness and experience working with international teams.

Strong experience leading cross-functional teams to drive impactful business initiatives; collaborative work style. Outstanding analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Outstanding program management skills.

The U.S. pay range for this position is $145,400 -- $261,150 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

In California, the pay range for this position is $180,300 - $261,150 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
