SalesforceのEnablement TeamでLearning Design Specialist（LDS）としてご活躍いただける方を募集します。 LDSの役割は、社員の職務遂行に求められる実践的なスキル獲得を支援することです。AEを中長期的な視点で育成し、現場で目標を達成するために必要な「トレーニング」「プロセス」「ナレッジ」「営業ツール」などのコンテンツを新規作成、Updateし、PDCAサイクルを回しながら提供していきます。 その過程では、Enablement Business Partnerチームや各営業部門のLeaderとの対話を行いながら優先順位を決めて計画を立てたり、本社のGlobal Enablementチームが提供する学習プログラムやComptencyが明文化されたExcellence Profileを参考にしながら業務を遂行することになります。 営業人材開発や組織開発、営業企画といった仕事に対してパッションをもち、自らのリーダーシップを持ちつつ、チームで取り組める方のご応募をお待ちしております！ 主な責任 Enablement施策の開発・実行 Enablement Business Partnerチームや各部門のLeader、本社のGlobal Enablementチームから出てきたニーズを正しく把握し、適切な打ち手を計画・開発・実行していく 関連するSMEsやBusiness Partnerチーム、各部門のLeaderとの密な連携を行いながら、施策開発におけるプロジェクトのマネジメントを主体的にリードする またEnablementプログラムを実行すると共に、効果測定を行い、継続的な改善を図る トレーニング、営業資料、ツール、リソースの管理と継続的な更新 必要なスキル/専門知識/経験 7年程度の営業、企画業務、人材開発、マーケティング等の経験、またはそれに類似した経験（IT業界であれば望ましい） 企画立案・実行スキル: ビジネス戦略や目標に基づいて施策を立案・実行し、目標達成した経験 コミュニケーションスキル: 優れた口頭および書面によるコミュニケーション能力 プレゼンテーションスキル: 相手の立場、知識に合わせた効果的なプレゼンテーションをデリバリーする能力 分析スキル: データを用いたトレーニングニーズの分析と評価の能力 論理的思考スキル: ロジカルに問題を解決する思考プロセスとスキル プロジェクト管理スキル: 複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理し、期限内に完了する能力 コラボレーションスキル: 良好な関係の元、チームおよび異なる部門と連携する能力 リーダーシップ: 多様なステークホルダーと連携し、部門を横断したイニシアチブをリードできるリーダーシップスキル・経験 あれば望ましいスキル/専門知識/経験 営業企画、人材開発、Sales Enablement、または類似した役割での経験 トレーニングコンテンツの開発経験や研修プランニング経験、バーチャルおよび対面トレーニングのデリバリー経験 クラウドサービスやソフトウェアの販売手法、見込み客の開拓、販売プロセス、コーチング、顧客対応に関する知識 新しい知識やスキルを学び、常に成長することへの知的好奇心 ビジネス英語力 Salesforce認定資格、またはSalesforceの製品とツールに関する知識と理解 LMS（学習管理システム）の使用経験 Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
