The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. As a Manager of the TII Assets protection Operation team, supporting the National Investigations Center (NIC) Centralized Support team, you will lead a team of specialists. You will coach and develop team members to create a positive work environment and promote personal and professional development. Your team will support partners in the NIC through case identification of exception reporting involving Team Members and internal theft.

Your team will support the execution of daily exception reporting that will generate case leads reviewed by NIC partners. You will lead, prioritize, and support the efficiencies that are completed on a daily basis through exception reporting and project support. You will lead this team to understand the technical knowledge of Target video and case management systems.

You will also serve as a liaison between the NIC Centralized Support Team and the TI Team. Requirements: 3/4 Year degree with 5-8 years of experience of managing team in operations job family.
