Care our Caregivers play a crucial role in providing individualized care that suits the needs of each client in the comfort of their homes. It is our goal to identify individuals who are compassionate, a #Difference. Maker, and want to feel awesome about their job every day.

Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities and include, but are not limited to, meal preparation; housekeeping; companionship; personal hygiene care; transportation assistance; and other light duties as assigned. You will work in the Arroyo Grande area, supporting clients in home-like settings. This position is part-time.

## Compensation and perks Salary Range: USD $17.80 / Hour. Pay Min USD $17.80/Hr. Pay Max USD $17.80/Hr.

Orientation and training provided. Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license. Effective verbal and written communication.

Capable of working responsibly with confidential information. Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement. Successful completion of pre-employment background check.

Physical requirements include the ability to sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms; to talk and listen; close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision; and to lift and/or move heavy objects up to 50 pounds with or without assistance. You should also be able to type on a computer keyboard. Noise may be moderate to loud and temperatures in home-like or office settings may vary.

Due to our recent growth, caregiving experience or CNA certificate preferred. CPR /First Aid Certification required where applicable - Training provided.
