In this role, you will work with a team of industry experts to help the world’s leading companies solve their most difficult problems. You will join our Control System Integration Practice and partner with seasoned leaders, technical specialists, and subject matter experts to deliver the highest quality solutions to our clients with consistency and accuracy. What You’ll Do You'll work individually and in teams to support capital projects and implement solutions for our clients.

Together, you will help our clients make critical changes to improve their performance and realize their most important goals. • Implement software control algorithms, develop software data file structures, and format terminal displays and software for data transmission with detailed emphasis on programming using assembly level languages, PLC languages, Visual C++, and other higher-level languages • Develop, implement, and employ debugging and maintenance software • Design control systems, SCADA, databases, and database interfaces • Handle data analytics & reporting, and scripting (VB, C#) • Manage programming and site start-up support of integrated packaging line and process systems for system integration & automation for the consumer products industry • Assume project management and team building responsibilities • Make an impact day-to-day with your skills and expertise, strengthening that relationship with our clients and team What You’ll Bring • Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, Computer Science or related technical degree preferred) • Academic project, internship, or co-op experience with industrial control software (Wonderware, Rockwell, Ignition) and familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks, or .NET programming (preferred) • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills applicable to design, programming, and troubleshooting of SCADA, MES, analytics, and database systems • Exposure to mobile, virtualization, or database technologies through coursework or academic projects (preferred) • Interest in or foundational experience with system integration, manufacturing execution (ME) applications, or industrial automation (preferred) • Coursework, internship, or project exposure to the food and beverage, life science, industrial, or advanced technology industries (preferred) • Ability to organize and execute multiple project responsibilities simultaneously • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with teammates and interact professionally with clients and vendors • Willingness to travel for project requirements such as installation, start-up activities, client meetings, etc. Our culture and commitment to our people is what sets us apart.
