The UKI Solutions Engineering Team is seeking a proactive Director/Senior Manager to provide strategic technical leadership for our UKI Service Cloud business. This role requires an autonomous leader who can drive Solution Engineering initiatives, manage resources, and foster people development. Our Solution Engineering managers excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working closely with sales leadership to advance the UKI Service Cloud business.

Responsibilities Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture aligned with Salesforce values Drive adoption of the Service Cloud across all account categories to hit our performance targets Work with sales to align resources to the highest impact accounts and opportunities Support hiring, onboarding and growth of new team members Develop and grow existing team members to reach their full potential Performance management, coaching and development of under performing team members Collaborate on go-to-market strategies for new products and features Maintain deep expertise in Service Cloud, integrations, and the competitive landscape Maintain a range of customer relationships to impact our critical accounts across the business Partner with the core business to increase the understanding and scale of Service Cloud Collaborate with Product Management on new capabilities, VoCs and Service Cloud best practices Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of technical sales or sales engineering experience in the service and customer service software space 3+ years of people management experience leading technical teams preferably in the service software space Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in enterprise B2B software Experience with service, customer service, service management, or related technologies Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and security requirements Exceptional presentation and communication skills Proven ability to influence C-level executives and technical decision makers Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Experience building and scaling high-performing teams Preferred Qualifications Deep knowledge of SaaS platforms, APIs, and enterprise integrations Understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and governance frameworks Experience with workflow automation and business process optimisation Familiarity with developer tools and platform ecosystems Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
