General Responsibilities: Assisting clients in booking travel, ranging from commercial flights to hotels, to vacation homes and car rentals Use Global Distribution System (GDS) and other online travel tools to book and communicate with suppliers Working with suppliers around the world to ensure our clients are receiving the best rates, perks, and service in the market What we are looking for: Adaptability and multitasking ‘Yes first’ mentality A passion for travel and traveling Strong analytical skills and extremely strong attention to detail Experience working with high net worth individuals and clients Entrepreneurial, problem-solving attitude Excellent, clear and effective verbal and written communication skills Experience in a collaborative and transparent environment Ability to work in high-pressure environment with tight deadlines Flexible working hours - available to work on evenings, weekends and some holidays Typical hours may include: Shifts can start as early as 7am and may go as late as 10pm. Expect to work one weekend day per week Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification At least 1 year experience coordinating travel Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Military experience 2+ years experience at a travel agency 1+ year of Global Distribution System (GDS) or other online travel tools experience At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Remote (Regardless of Location): $66,700 - $76,100 for Associate, Travel Specialist Richmond, VA: $66,700 - $76,100 for Associate, Travel Specialist Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
