About the Role 【職務概要】 当社のシニアソリューションコンサルタントとして、日本の見込み顧客に対する信頼できるアドバイザーとして、人事管理（HCM）における深い専門知識と鋭いビジネス洞察力を融合させ、当社のプラットフォームがいかに複雑なビジネス課題を解決できるかを実証します。営業チームと連携して、当社のHCMソリューションの価値と革新性を際立たせる、説得力のあるオーダーメイドのデモンストレーションの提供、及び顧客の人事管理への変革を促す提案を行います。 【職務詳細】 ＜ビジョンを主導する＞ 営業(アカウントエグゼクティブ)と協力して販売戦略を策定・実行し、顧客の課題とビジネス目標を理解し、当社の価値提案を明確に伝えます。 ＜ストーリーを構築する＞ 当社のHCMスイートの真の力を示す、魅力的でビジョナリーな製品デモンストレーションを準備・提供し、Cレベルのエグゼクティブや主要なステークホルダーに響くようメッセージを調整します。 ＜エキスパートになる＞ 当社のHCM製品ロードマップ、競合情勢、業界トレンドに関する深い知識を維持し、Workdayを市場のリーダーとして位置づけます。 ＜信頼を築く＞ HCMの専門家として行動し、技術的・機能的なディスカバリーセッションを通じて顧客を導き、彼らの特定のニーズを理解し、当社ソリューションに対する信頼できる根拠を構築します。 ＜革新と協働＞製品開発チームへのフィードバックセッション、営業支援資料の作成、経験が浅いメンバーの指導など、社内の取り組みに参加します。 About You 【必須（MUST）】 ・エンタープライズレベルのHCMソフトウェアに特化した、プリセールス、ソリューションコンサルティング、または類似の役割で5年以上の経験がある方 ・技術系および非技術系のステークホルダーを含む多様な聴衆に対して、説得力があり記憶に残る製品デモンストレーションを提供する実証されて来られた方 ・採用、オンボーディング、タレントマネジメント、報酬、給与計算を含む中核的なHCMビジネスプロセスに関する深い機能的知識を有している ・顧客および社内チームと効果的にコミュニケーションを取るために、ビジネスレベルで日本語と英語を活用されて来られたこと 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・強いビジネス感覚と財務知識を持ち、テクノロジーソリューションをビジネス成果と投資収益率（ROI）に結びつける能力 ・卓越したコミュニケーション、プレゼンテーション、および対人スキルを有している ・顧客サイト、会議、社内会議など、必要に応じた出張に対応可能であること 【その他】 ・協調的かつ前向きな姿勢を持ち、ペースの速いチーム指向の環境で効果的に働ける能力 ・知的好奇心と、新しいテクノロジーを学び、業界トレンドの先を行くことへの情熱 Pursuant to applicable Fair Chance law, Workday will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
