Job Title: Entry-Level Sales Support / Data Analyst Location: Ashburn VA/ Dallas, TX Working Model: Hybrid- 2 days a week initially, if all goes well, okay to give remote Key Responsibilities: • Review, research, and process Sales Account and NASP requests using internal tools and data sources • Perform CLE (Customer-Level Environment/Configuration) reviews, updates, and duplicate cleanups to ensure each customer record is unique and accurate • Analyze and validate data across multiple systems to identify inconsistencies and relationships • Review requirements, test, and support acceptance of new application functionality (e.g., GCH or similar systems) • Provide customer support via phone and email as needed • Assist with system testing activities, including occasional evening or weekend support Required Skills: • Strong ability to manually review and analyze data across multiple sources • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to quickly learn new tools and systems • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Ability to work under tight timelines and meet SLAs • Team-oriented mindset Thanks & Regards, Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
