About the Team The US Card Outbound Correspondence platform is at the heart of delivering critical communications, from the credit cards in our customers' wallets to their essential statements and letters.

We build the cutting-edge platform capabilities that ensure these billions of pieces of correspondence are produced and delivered seamlessly. About the Role As a Product Manager on our Outbound Correspondence team, you won't just manage; you'll innovate. You'll own the complete product lifecycle, from initial ideation to development and launch, specifically, driving the modernization of a new enterprise correspondence platform for real-time correspondence such as letters, disclosures, and statements, integrated with the messaging destination.

You'll be a central figure, collaborating across diverse teams, including Technology, Supply Chain, and Servicing Strategy. Additionally, you will work across LOBs to offboard and onboard new customer communications, directly supporting critical initiatives across the enterprise. Your mission will be to deeply understand both internal and external customer needs, translating them into innovative new capabilities that which enable an enterprise-wide destination platform with critical capabilities including paper fallback, self healing controls, and dynamic composition.

We're seeking a visionary Product Manager who blends robust product management expertise with a keen understanding of data systems, processing, and, most importantly, user needs. Your ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and demonstrate strong matrixed leadership across numerous internal and external partners will be crucial to your success. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Chicago, IL: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr.

Mgr, Product Management Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
