Manager, Project Manager- Sales As a Manager of Project Management in Capital One Auto Sales, you will lead key strategic initiatives for the Sales Line of Business in the Enable Sales Command Center. The Command Center serves as the nerve center for designing, managing and improving processes that drive growth and success for our Sales Associates and Dealer partners. You will serve as a project leader and subject matter expert to execute high priority initiatives and deliver results that significantly impact our Dealer customers’ bottom line.

General Responsibilities: Strategically Lead Complex Programs: Drive and govern moderate to large-scale, complex projects and programs, providing strategic direction, establishing clear structure, and developing adaptive project plans to meet changing requirements. Ensure Flawless Execution & Risk Management: Oversee meticulous project documentation to mitigate risk, ensure accountability, and deliver all initiatives on time and to intended goals. Cultivate Cross-Functional Partnerships: Partner and influence stakeholders across all levels of the company, providing strategic thought partnership and leveraging exceptional communication skills to secure alignment and drive commitment delivery.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience At least 3 Years of Project Management experience Preferred Qualifications: Masters / MBA degree 5+ years of Project Management experience PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Plano, TX: $138,100 - $157,700 for Manager, Project Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
