Business Intelligence Analyst

Adobe’s Customer Solutions (ACS) organization wants a Business Intelligence Analyst to compose, build, and scale smart analytics solutions. These solutions offer actionable insights across our Customer Experience Orchestration business. This distinctive role gives you hands-on involvement in data engineering, advanced analytics, and AI/ML.

You will deliver reliable reporting, predictive insights, and next-generation intelligence that improves customer adoption and value realization. What You’ll Do Own end-to-end development of advanced analytics, dashboards, and data products passionate about customer success metrics such as renewals, adoption, churn risk, and value realization. Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for senior leaders and partners across multiple functions.

Compose, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines integrating large datasets across subscription, services, usage, and customer health domains. Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance to support reliable, enterprise-grade analytics and reporting. Develop and deploy predictive and prescriptive models to surface churn risk, expansion signals, and consumption health.

Build executive-ready dashboards and reports using Power BI, optimized for clarity, performance, and decision-making. What You’ll Need to Succeed Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a similar field. More than 3 years of direct experience in advanced analytics, data science, business intelligence, or data engineering positions.

Strong expertise in SQL, Python, Spark, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Verified background in developing scalable data pipelines, complex dashboards, and high-level reporting for executives. Demonstrated track record of developing and deploying ML/AI models in production environments.

Solid understanding of SaaS business models and Customer Success domains. Strong communication abilities with the capacity to clearly convey complex analysis to senior and non-technical audiences. Excellent at coordinating various initiatives and achieving results in dynamic settings.
