SIGN-ON BONUS OF UP TO $5,000 FOR EXPERIENCED ELECTRICIANS About the Role Michael Bonsby HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical is looking for a Service Electrician who can perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical equipment, wiring, and electrical systems.

This is a full‑time role that will report into the company’s Electrical Service Manager and be based out of our growing Woodbridge, VA office. What You’ll Do Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues and problems Wiring and rewiring structures Participate in training, meetings, and company events Establish customer rapport to offer solutions and provide the correct service 4+ years of experience as an Electrician Knowledge of electrical systems, components, and installation practices Knowledge of ServiceTitan a plus Strong organization and attention to detail skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Valid driver’s license Working Conditions/Physical Demands Must consider safety one’s primary job and must have general knowledge of safe working practices and OSHA requirements To adequately perform the duties of this job the team member is regularly and routinely required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, use hands to handle controls, hear, and talk Must be able to climb ladders, work in hot and cold environments, and work in small crawl spaces The ability to regularly lift and/or move 50+ lbs is required The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work - employees are required to work outdoors throughout the seasons Benefits and Perks Michael Bonsby HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical treats its team members with the same level of dedication and care as we do our customers, which is why we’re fortunate to provide all of our employees with: Competitive Pay Benefits : We offer top-notch benefits!
