As a Analytics Success Architect, you will play a crucial role in driving successful outcomes for our strategic customers by leveraging your technical expertise in data and analytics.

Responsibilities: * Become a subject-matter expert for the broader Success Architect organization on the Salesforce Analytics products and underlying platforms, including related enterprise architecture concepts, governance and cross-cloud solutions. * Engage with Signature Success customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design specific to Tableau. * Develop delivery and discovery assets aligned with the Success Architect engagement catalog, tailored to the unique needs and opportunities of Tableau customers.

• Build strong relationships with both internal and external business partners, contributing to broader goals and growth. Your technical expertise and business acumen will directly influence the technical architecture, performance optimization, and solution design strategies for our Signature Success customers, driving success and business outcomes with Tableau's powerful analytics capabilities.

You will collaborate with customers, colleagues, and partners to evaluate technical architecture, optimize performance, and design effective solutions.

By fostering strong relationships and working collaboratively, you will contribute to the collective success of our teams and the achievement of our goals. Basic Requirements: * Proven experience in enterprise consulting, including usage, design, and implementation of Tableau product solutions * Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes using technology and integration, with a focus on guiding customers through optimization and migration * Proven experience with design and management of environments and solutions for at least one Salesforce Analytics platform (Tableau Server, Cloud, CRM Analytics, Salesforce Core/D360 & Tableau Next) * Strong understanding of data preparation, ETL, modeling, and the ability to guide customers through best practices * Excellent communication and presentation skills for various audiences and situations * Proactive and self-starting attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently * Certification in Analytics Products (D360 Specialist, Tableau Server Admin/Architect, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) * Ability to engage customers in global timezones as required by business need Preferred Requirements: * Familiarity with cloud architecture and considerations for on-prem server to Cloud migration for Tableau * Experience supporting/troubleshooting performance issues related to data pipelines or dashboards * Experience in other analytics products a plus (PowerBI, CRM Analytics) * Experience in data warehousing or data lake platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift) Join our dynamic team and contribute to our inclusive and diverse work environment.
