About the Team As a member of our diverse and skilled Large Enterprise Solution Consulting Financial Services North America team, you will have the opportunity to communicate and demonstrate the power of Workday's Financials applications to prospects and customers alike.

Along with working closely with our sales counterparts, this team also sits at the exciting intersection of our Product Management, Consulting Services, Marketing, and Value Management teams, providing exposure to various areas of the business. About the Role In this role, you will maximize your polished presentation abilities, collaborative pre-sales experience, and your finance and accounting expertise to articulate and differentiate the value of Workday Financials and expand the adoption of Workday products and solutions.

Responsibilities: The delivery of relevant product presentations, demonstrations, workshops and seminars Assisting in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution and product offerings Contributing to the qualification of prospects and customer, proposed demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds and sales cycle closure plans Supporting all sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives Assisting sales in the response to RFIs and RFPs Ability to travel up to 50% About You Basic Qualifications: Solution Consultant 4+ years of core accounting (GL, AR, AP), Projects, and Financial Reporting 3+years accounting functional, implementation and or consulting experience Senior Solution Consultant 6+ years of core accounting (GL, AR, AP), Projects, and Financial Reporting 4+years accounting functional, implementation and or consulting experience ​ Other Qualifications: Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple projects individually as well as working cross-functionally Exceptional and dynamic presentation & communication skills Experience with value based selling Must have desire and ability to drive success in a fast-paced environment Must be a self-started and be able to work independently and with a team Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn and apply technologies to address business challenges Experience working with operational, financial and analytics data Unrivaled professional presentation experience, to the C-Suite Prior presales experience in selling EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) applications to the CFO’s organization a plus Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
