Credit & Collections Analyst Location: Singapore The Credit & Collections Analyst manages a portfolio to support financial health and maintain positive customer relationships. Based in Singapore, this role involves evaluating account status and resolving billing inquiries through objective analysis. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic environment, collaborating with Sales Operations and internal stakeholders to facilitate payments and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities: Collection Management: Contact customers via email and phone regarding outstanding balances in accordance with the Invoice Collection and Account Suspension Timeline. Account Evaluation: Use established criteria to evaluate account solvency and payment status. Payment Support: Provide necessary documentation, such as invoices and payment instructions, to facilitate timely customer payments.

Collaboration: Partner with Sales Operations, Sales teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve billing disputes. Issue Escalation: Identify and report accounts with significant payment challenges to Collections and Sales management. Policy Compliance: Perform collection activities in line with company policies, including account suspensions for delinquent accounts and providing data to the Write-Off and Bad Debt team.

Reporting & Projects: Provide portfolio reports to management and contribute to assigned process improvement initiatives. Ideal Skills & Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of credit collections experience in a high-growth environment.

Market Knowledge: Experience in collections within the EMEA market (3+ years preferred). Communication: Proficiency in English (verbal and written); proficiency in an additional local language is beneficial. Professional Skills: Ability to manage various customer interactions and work effectively within a team.

Time Management: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with accuracy. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Salesforce systems is beneficial. Project Contribution: Experience contributing to process improvement or project management initiatives.
