Department Description: 成長を続ける当社CSG (Customer Success Group) の一員となるAssociate Account Partner(アソシエイト・アカウント・パートナー) を募集しています。 AAPは、高いプロ意識を持って問題解決に取り組み、Salesforceのプラットフォーム上でお客様が成功するようSalesforceのサービス (Success Cloud) をセリングする情熱を持った人材です。 AAPには、高い協調性、コミュニケーション（文章力および会話力）とプレゼンテーションが求められます。 AAPはサービス営業（AP：アカウントパートナー）と協力し、中規模のお客様および大企業グループにおける中小規模のサービス案件の受注を支援します。 従って、この規模のお客様セグメントにおいてチームセリングを行い商談を成約させた実績は必須です。当社のサービスによるお客様の課題解決や、当社の技術に対する投資から最大限のメリットを得る方法を分かりやすく説明することができる能力を示す実績も必要です。また、成長志向で自主性があること、率先して行動すること、営業目標を継続して達成または上回った実績を必要とします。 Role Description: ・与えられた数値目標に対して「目標達成計画」を策定し、定期的に更新します。 ・お客様・パートナーへのアプローチおよび社内の関連者との連携により質の高いパイプラインを創出し営業ステージを進めて行きます。 ・お客様への提案状況に従って自身のパイプラインの質を維持・管理し、オープンパイプラインの各商談を毎週適切に更新します。 ・お客様のビジネス課題を理解し、Salesforceのサービスソリューションとそれによるお客様のビジネス上のメリットを定義しお客様に提案します。 ・お客様にとって信頼できるアドバイザー(Trusted Advisor) となります。 ・プロジェクトまたはプログラムを成功させる方法について、説得力のあるビジョンを創造します。 ・お客様にとって大きな成功と事業価値を生み出すことをゴールとする、当社の変革ソリューションについて訴求し、お客様の「デジタルトランスフォーメーション」を支援する提案をします。 ・お客様にSalesforceの持つグローバルレベルの実績と経験を提供します。顧客戦略においては、マーケティング、ビジネスデベロップメント、ソリューションアドバイザー、アカウントの各チームと効果的に連携します。 ・提案活動においては、関連するアカウント営業、プリセールスSE、デリバリーチームとお互い信頼関係を持って自身の役割を明確に共通理解し商談を進めて行きます。 ・業界の専門知識、購買ペルソナ、ビジネスの洞察力を活用し、お客様のモチベーション、ビジネスの原動力、戦略のゴール、目標、望ましいビジネスの成果を理解します。常に目標を達成または上回る動機を持ち続けます。 Minimum Qualifications: ・3～5年以上の営業経験があること営業方法論の知識があること ・IT部門だけでなくLOB (事業部門、ユーザー部門) の役職者とリレーションを構築し、コミュニケーションできるスキルがあること明らかな反論に対応するスキル、あるいはこじれたお客様への対応および社内問題解決の実績があること ・中規模以上のビジネスに対応した経験があること内外のプレッシャーがある中で、優先順位を付けて効果的に業務を遂行する能力があること ・発見・傾聴・評価・ソリューション営業の高いスキルがあること ・協調的に仕事を遂行でき、変化が早く激しい仕事環境で成功する能力があること ・カスタマーサクセスの理念、デリバリーの方法論・アプローチ・配慮に関する知識があること ・Salesforce製品およびプラットフォームの特徴・機能・最適な使用方法に関する知識があること Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
