This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to support a U.S. Government customer. The mission is to provide technical expertise that assists in sustaining critical mission-related software and systems to a large government contract.

• As part of the Secure the Enterprise initiative, develop capabilities to shift from the current manual system security evaluation and authorization process to a new model that emphasizes automation, streamlined processes and approvals, continuous monitoring and assessment, and network data gathering across the entire life cycle of a project Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • The engineer will be heavily involved with the creation, maintenance, and running of Pig and or PySpark analytics and is responsible for reviewing data ingest tickets and merge requests with other developers on the team • The engineer is focused on delivering reliable, accurate data to the end users as well as ensuring that day-to-day operations are successful. Including being able to investigate data arriving accurately into the system Key Requirements: To be considered for this position you must have the following: • Possess an active or rein-statable TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance. (This position requires in-scope poly, within 6 years) • U.S.

Citizenship • Seven (7) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required • Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree • Works well independently as well as on a team. • Strong communication skills. Key Skills: • Strong background in analytics development • Pig • PySpark Desired Skills: • Patch management and IAVA tracking • Python, Java, Scala • NiFi, Ansible • Experience working in Agile environment Location: Linthicum Heights, MD / Partial Telework (1 day per week) Note: After 60 days from hire, 1 day on Wednesday/Thursday depending on prioritized productive work Salary Range: The salary range for this full-time position is $115,000 to $190,000.
