Position Overview: We are seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. This is a hands-on, in-house role (Hauppauge, NY) for a motivated technologist who thrives on innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning. You will work on a variety of projects, including AI-enabled web applications, automation workflows, and system integrations, while collaborating closely with senior developers and learning advanced engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy web applications, services, and automation workflows using modern technologies (.NET 9, EF Core, React, Next.js, Blazor, Azure, and AWS). • Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and generative AI to accelerate and enhance software delivery. • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following established best practices.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. • Participate in technical discussions and contribute ideas to improve architecture, scalability, and maintainability. • Support and enhance both current and legacy systems, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Engage in peer code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team.
