Pay & Benefits • $15.00-$16.00/hr, plus $1/hr for weekend visits* • Potential to earn up to $18.00/hr after your initial 8 weeks** • Receive weekly pay with direct deposit • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance plus a 401(k) match (eligibility applies) • Paid holidays (1.5x pay) and accrue sick leave • $700 caregiver referral bonus • Paid training and opportunities for ongoing education • Mileage reimbursement for travel between visits • Weekend visits are between Saturday 12:01 AM and Sunday 11:59 PM • *To qualify for the $18.00/hour rate, you must comply with Honor’s driver requirements (valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record), have more than 6 months of professional caregiving experience, perform 20 visits in your first 8 weeks, and maintain good standing with Honor. This rate applies in select regions and for weekend shifts with high transfer clients.
