Entry-Level Data Analyst - (Hybrid Onsite in Rittenhouse Square, 7-8 Month Contract w/ option to hire, up to $18-$20/hr W2) - Human Services Nonprofit Org. • ** For transparency, this is a 35-hour work week, 7 hours daily 9a-4p EST, information provided for applicants to assess total compensation and fulltime availability *** Ouy human services client with office in Rittenhouse square is looking to bring on a data analyst on their employment services application team for a 6-month contract to hire engagement. Hybrid onsite 3x a week in their office in the Rittenhouse square area of Philadelphia.

The ideal candidate would need a strong mix of the below: • Experience with pulling data from unstructured and structured sources into custom excel, SQL powerquery, tableau or power bi reports and dashboards. • Experience pulling data from system or infrastructure logs, especially from salesforce, CRM, or web sources. • Advanced excel formula experience.

Knowledge of or familiarity with data quality standards, improving health of datasets, and regulated industry/audit requests • Comfortability acting as a BA, gathering requirements from the business and holding vendor data sources accountable in compliance with industry regulations and regular audit for data quality. • Engagement and interest in a human services organization, charitable mission, grant-funded nonprofit wholes services serve some of the most underrepresented communities in Philadelphia County. • ** This is a hybrid opportunity, only onsite 3x a week in the Rittenhouse Square neighborhood of Philadelphia, PA.

Pays from $18-20/hour W2 for a 7-8 month contract engagement to start, fulltime conversion possible, 35 hour work week. Health/Vision/Dental and 401k available during the contract period.
