) We're seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dynamic team at our long-term care facility, where extraordinary care and laughter go hand in hand! Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist Residents with daily living activities, to include, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift • Help Residents with personal hygiene • Observe Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse • Document Resident food and fluid intake • Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements • Making the Resident's beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy • Transport Residents within the facility • Assist nurses and other staff as needed • Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures • Abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards • Maintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications and Skills: • Current and Valid CNA certification • Excellent interpersonal skills • Effective communication skills • Good collaboration and teamwork skills • Keen attention to detail • In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations • Familiarity with symptoms and signs of improvement for a number of medical conditions Here's why you'll love being a part of: • Work Environment: Imagine a workplace that feels like a second home, filled with camaraderie and warm smiles.
