Role Description: We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to excel with an amazing team to support you, helping us to massively accelerate our growth. In addition to sourcing, vetting, and closing quality candidates, you'll get a chance to improve upon our recruiting strategy, making sure that candidates have a uniquely positive experience from first introduction all the way through to their on-boarding.

Your Impact: • Sourcing, recruiting, and hiring professionals across a variety of roles throughout Salesforce •Agile recruiting capability across Tech and AE roles, with the ability to adapt and overcome changing situations • Own full-cycle recruitment which encompasses sourcing, interviewing and closing candidates • Helping to develop, implement and execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and build a robust pipeline of quality candidates • Successfully partner with business leaders to understand the business needs and hire qualified talent to fill their roles • Partner with other departments within Employee Success Team to drive the recruiting process from requisition opening through to on-boarding • Ability to take direction while working independently and collaboratively Desired Skills/Experience: Over 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the IT industry or related fields. Ability to partner and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to drive hiring goals and program outcomes Agile recruiting capability across Tech and AE roles Track record of successfully delivering against goals within a given deadline and flawlessly executing in a very fast-paced environment Strong communication skill in Japanese and Korean , and business level English is required.
