Job description and responsibilities: As an Entry-Level Data Analyst and Financial Reporting professional, you will play a fundamental role in supporting financial analysis and reporting activities within the organization.

This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals seeking to start a career in finance and data analysis. You will work closely with senior analysts and managers to gather, analyze, and report financial data, contributing to decision-making processes and business insights. Responsibilities: • Collect financial data from revenue sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Validate data inputs to maintain data integrity and reliability. • Organize and store data in databases or spreadsheets for analysis. • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including invoicing reports, vendor payment reconciliation • Conduct basic financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and anomalies.

-This roll will present opportunities to spearhead initiatives to integrate financial data into the larger Business Intelligence environment Reporting and Presentation: • Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards for management review. • Create visually appealing presentations to communicate financial insights effectively. • Assist in the development of standardized reporting templates and processes.

Data Analysis and Visualization: • Utilize data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Looker to analyze financial data and generate insights. • Create charts, graphs, and other visualizations to present key findings in a clear and concise manner. • Learn and apply basic statistical techniques to interpret financial data and identify patterns.

Collaboration and Support: • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and operations, to gather data and support reporting requirements. • Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to senior analysts and managers as needed. • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements and qualifications: Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Computer Science or other related study. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.

• Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting concepts. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
