• High school diploma. • Graduate of a state-approved CHHA program • Access to reliable transportation. • Ability to remain in the client's home for extended live-in shifts • Mandatory: Current, active certification: Certified Home Health Aid (CHHA) issued by the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
• Mandatory: Current, active certification: CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation). • Seeking coverage in multiple counties in South Jersey (Salem, Cumberland, and Cape May). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Personal Care Services • Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene • Provide incontinence care and support skin integrity • Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning • Perform range-of-motion exercises as directed by the supervising RN Home Management & Daily Living Support • Prepare meals in accordance with dietary needs • Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and general tidying • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment • Support household routines and daily structure Companionship & Client Engagement • Provide social interaction and emotional support • Encourage participation in activities, hobbies, and cognitive engagement • Offer respite support to family caregivers when applicable Health-Related Tasks (Within NJ CHHA Scope of Practice) • Provide medication reminders (no medication administration) • Monitor and report changes in condition to the supervising RN • Record vital signs • Document daily care activities accurately and promptly Salary Range (negotiable): • Entry level: 18.00 to 20.00 • Experienced: 20.00 to 26.00 Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour Live your best life possible while helping others live theirs Our Caregivers are the heart and soul of what we do.
