About the Team We build internal platforms and tools that power Salesforce demo experiences across products and industries. Our work enables Solution Engineers to deliver consistent, high-quality demos through scalable, intelligent, and automated systems. This is not a traditional feature team, we build platforms, abstractions, and tooling that other teams depend on.

🚀 What You’ll Do As a Member of Technical Staff (MTS), you’ll contribute to building and evolving core internal platforms used daily across the org. You will: Design and build backend and full-stack features for internal tools and services Develop APIs and integrations that connect Salesforce platforms and internal systems Build Slack-based tools and workflows to enable automation and self-service Work on integrations with off-core platforms such as MuleSoft, Tableau, and internal services Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code with a strong focus on reliability Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making Partner closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers Help improve system performance, stability, and developer experience 🧠 What We’re Looking For 3–6 years of professional software development experience. Strong fundamentals in software engineering and system design.

Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern backend frameworks (Node.js preferred). Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs . Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or similar).

Experience working with Slack APIs, bots, or workflow automations . Exposure to enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft , and data or analytics tools such as Tableau . Strong understanding of version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.

Ability to take ownership of features from design through production. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with evolving requirements. 🌟 Nice to Have Experience working with Salesforce platforms (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Analytics, Agentforce) Experience building AI-assisted tools or integrating with LLM-based services.
