You will work closely with the development, design, and content teams to identify issues, conduct testing, and ensure that our website meets the highest quality standards. We are a dynamic and fast-growing company in the information technology (IT) sector, committed to delivering top-notch digital experiences to our customers.

As part of our growth, we are looking for a website quality assurance intern to join our team and help ensure the quality and functionality of some of our projects. Qualifications • Currently pursuing or recently graduating with a degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or a related field. • Strong interest in web development and quality assurance.

• Knowledge of ReactJS and NodeJS is a plus • Familiarity with testing processes, tools, and bug-tracking software (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla). • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • A basic understanding of SEO principles and accessibility standards is a bonus. • Previous experience in web testing or QA internships is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities • Perform thorough testing of website features across multiple browsers and devices. • Identify and report bugs, errors, or discrepancies in the website’s functionality, layout, and design. • Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

• Ensure that website content is accurate, up-to-date, and properly displayed. • Execute usability testing and suggest improvements for a better user experience. • Create detailed and accurate test reports, logging issues into the bug-tracking system.
• Review the code for performance and accessibility issues (optional, depending on skill level). • Work with the team to ensure website compliance with SEO best practices and web standards. • Monitor site performance and uptime.
